GEPSA sets out to train and recruit the labour force that will then contribute to the company's development
Over the last few years, GEPSA has been developing a proactive policy towards work-study placements and internships, with the support of the Groupe (the school relations network in particular). The aim is to train and then recruit the labour force that will go on to contribute to the company’s development over the years to come.
GEPSA currently has 23 people in work-study placements and just as many tutors – a big step from a total of only 9 in 2015.
In 2018, proud of its tutor/student duos, GEPSA participated in ENGIE Cofely’s wider communication campaign to showcase the immense value of work-study placements and illustrate how well these close-knit partnerships were going…
Promoting work-study placements is also a way of expressing our esteem for our experts and seniors… They’re the ones leading the way, transmitting priceless knowledge about the very unique market we work in.
